O’Keeffe! requires minimal tech depending on the facilities, of which it can adapt to most. We have a lighting plot for a fully equipped theatre, but we can work in situations that lack that as well.
We prefer to do a minimum of two performances as experience has shown that the influence of word-of-mouth results in sold-out houses.
Presenter is required to provide a technical director/light board operator; a suitable space for performance and audience; if we are traveling by air, sound equipment and the set items of small wooden desk, wooden armless chair, hall tree, and stool.
O’Keeffe! On Tour will collaborate on marketing ideas.
If not traveling by air we bring entire set which consists of a 5 X 6 ft back drop, small wooden writing desk, stool, hall tree, and chair. We provide a Stage Manager and Sound Operator, program and flyer master, logos, and a great show.
Please contact us for rates and perusal of contract. Rates will depend on how many performances, travel and lodging arrangements. We will work with you to arrive at a mutually comfortable arrangement.
